CLASSES OFFERED
CPR and AED training with ASHI.
We offer certifications through the Health Safety Institute in CPR for the Adult, Pediatric, and Infant. Basic CPR and first aid are available, as well as Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider.
Fire Safety training.
Keep your business in compliance with the Georgia State Fire Marshall's office by completing the prescribed 5 hour initial fire safety class. This class is required for daycare's, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
MEET US
Jared Joiner is the owner and lead instructor of S.T.A.R.T. CPR. Jared is a Firefighter/Paramedic with a large Metro Atlanta Fire Department. He hold an instructor card through ASHI. Additionally he is an adjunct at the fire academy within this department and has completed the National Professional Qualifications Level 1 Instructor.
Jessica Joiner is a co-owner and another one of our instructors. Jessica is a Firefighter/Paramedic with a large Metro Atlanta Fire Department as well as an instructor for Emergency Medical Services at her respective training academy. She too holds an instructor certification through ASHI and has completed National Professional Qualifications Level 1 Instructor certification.

S.T.A.R.T. CPR is a company that teaches CPR, First Aid and Fire Safety. We offer certifications through the America Safety and Health Institute. ASHI is a nationally accredited organization of the Commission on Accreditation of Pre-Hospital Continuing Education. These programs are equivalent to the programs offered by the American Red Cross, and the American Heart Association. The ASHI experience offers a more relaxed learning environment that saves you money. S.T.A.R.T. CPR is operated by a husband and wife duo, who are always the two instructors you will have teaching your class.
